Gift Voucher Returns & Refunds

All Sannio gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and must be presented when redeeming.

If an event or experience is cancelled by the restaurant, an alternative date or voucher will be offered.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
